Terms of Use

Effective date: January 22, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and HSLA0001 INC., a New York State corporation ("Company," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using any Rams product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Products Covered

These Terms apply to all Rams products:

  • Rams for Agents — The /rams command and rams.md file
  • Rams for CI/CD — GitHub Action for automated design review
  • rams.ai — Website, documentation, and related services

Rams for Agents

Rams for Agents is a markdown file (rams.md) that provides prompt instructions to AI coding assistants. When you run /rams, the file contents are processed by your AI tool (Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenCode). We have no access to your code or AI responses.

Rams for CI/CD (Beta)

Rams for CI/CD is a GitHub Action that analyzes pull requests for design and accessibility issues. By using this service:

  • You authorize us to read pull request contents for analysis
  • You understand we use AI (Anthropic Claude) to analyze code
  • You accept that analysis results may contain errors or false positives
  • You remain responsible for reviewing and accepting any suggestions

Beta Program

Rams for CI/CD is currently in private beta. Beta participants understand that:

  • The service may be unstable or contain bugs
  • Features may change or be removed without notice
  • The service may be discontinued at any time
  • Feedback provided may be used to improve the product
  • Beta access may be revoked at our discretion

Third-Party Services

Rams integrates with third-party services. Your use is subject to their terms:

Your Code

You retain ownership of your code. We claim no rights to your code or any AI-generated output. For CI/CD analysis, code is processed temporarily and not stored beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Rams to analyze code you don't have rights to
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures
  • Abuse, spam, or overload our services
  • Use Rams for any illegal purpose
  • Share beta access credentials with unauthorized users

No Warranty

RAMS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR USEFUL. AI ANALYSIS MAY PRODUCE FALSE POSITIVES OR MISS ISSUES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND TESTING ANY CHANGES BEFORE APPLYING THEM TO YOUR CODE.

Limitation of Liability

HSLA0001 INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF RAMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: BUGS OR ERRORS INTRODUCED TO YOUR CODE, LOST DATA, SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, DEPLOYMENT FAILURES, BLOCKED PULL REQUESTS, OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify HSLA0001 Inc. from claims arising from your use of Rams or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Rams at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using Rams at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York County, New York.
