Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time from your billing settings. When you move to annual billing, the 20% discount applies immediately and any remaining monthly credit is prorated toward your annual invoice.
What happens when my 14‑day trial ends?
If you haven’t added a payment method, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — projects beyond the Free limits become read‑only until you upgrade.
Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. No cancellation fees, ever.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes — registered nonprofits, schools, and students get 40% off Pro and Team plans. Email us from your organization or school address and we’ll apply the discount within one business day.
